Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MyExtraWage ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website myextrawage.com and all related services, features, tools, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, clicking any "I Agree," "Sign Up," or "Get Started" button, or by simply using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. Continued use of the Platform at any time constitutes your full and binding acceptance of these Terms as currently posted.
Eligibility

- You must not have had a previous MyExtraWage account terminated for violations of these Terms
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you have no right to access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion.
Jurisdictional Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations in your country or region. MyExtraWage makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions. You access the Platform entirely at your own legal risk.
Account Registration & Security
To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.
- One person may register only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password)
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account
- You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances
We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion without notice or liability.

Auto-Investment Plans
MyExtraWage offers optional, user-initiated auto-investment plans ("Plans") that generate projected daily returns based on platform activity. By activating any Plan, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:
- Voluntary Participation: Activation of any Plan is entirely voluntary. No user is required to activate a Plan to use the Platform.
- No Guaranteed Returns: All daily return percentages displayed on the Platform are projections and estimates based on current platform conditions. They are not contractual obligations, promises, or guarantees of any kind.
- Risk of Loss: You may lose some or all of your deposited principal. Past return rates do not guarantee future performance. Platform conditions, user activity, and operational factors may change at any time, affecting actual returns.
- Lock-in Periods: Plans may include lock-in or maturity periods during which funds may not be withdrawn. The specific terms of each Plan are displayed at the time of activation and are subject to change for future activations.
- No Financial Advice: Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to deposit funds. You make all decisions independently and at your own risk.
- Platform Discretion: We reserve the right to adjust, pause, or discontinue any Plan at any time for operational, legal, or business reasons without prior notice or liability.
CRITICAL RISK NOTICE: Auto-investment features are high-risk digital earning programs. Only participate with funds you are fully prepared to lose entirely. MyExtraWage, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall bear absolutely no liability for any loss of principal, loss of projected returns, or any financial harm arising from participation in any Plan under any circumstances whatsoever.
Games & Task Features
The Platform includes gaming features and task-based earning opportunities. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:
- Gaming outcomes may involve elements of chance, skill, or a combination thereof. No specific outcome or reward is guaranteed.
- Task availability, reward amounts, and eligibility criteria are determined solely by MyExtraWage and may be changed, reduced, or removed at any time without notice.
- Rewards earned through games and tasks are subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and platform withdrawal conditions.
- Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, automate, or abuse gaming or task systems — including the use of bots, scripts, or other automated tools — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust any rewards suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized means.
Referral Program
MyExtraWage operates a multi-tier referral program that allows users to earn commissions by referring new users to the Platform. Use of the referral program is subject to the following terms:
- Referral commissions are earned when a referred user completes registration and meets qualifying activity requirements as determined by the Platform.
- Referral commission rates, tier structures, and qualifying criteria are set by MyExtraWage and may be modified at any time without prior notice.
- Self-referrals, creation of fake accounts, or any form of referral fraud is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all earned and pending commissions.
- Referral commissions are credited to your account balance and are subject to the same withdrawal conditions as all other earnings.
- We reserve the right to reverse, withhold, or cancel any referral commission that we determine, in our sole discretion, to have been generated through fraudulent, abusive, or ineligible means.
- MyExtraWage makes no guarantee of any specific referral earnings. Actual referral income depends entirely on your personal efforts and the activity of referred users.
Membership Plans & Card Payments
MyExtraWage offers monthly and lifetime membership plans that unlock access to platform features including tasks, games, and reward systems. Membership payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record.
- Payment Processor: All membership subscription payments are handled by Paddle.com (Paddle), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your card statement will show a charge from Paddle, not MyExtraWage.
- Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal are accepted for membership purchases.
- Billing: Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis. The billing date is set from the date of your first payment. Lifetime plans are a single one-time charge with no recurring billing.
- Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change membership pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their account.
- Automatic Renewal: Monthly memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
No Refund Policy on Memberships: All membership purchases — including monthly subscriptions and lifetime plans — are non-refundable once activated. By completing a membership purchase, you acknowledge that digital access has been granted immediately and you waive any right to a refund. If you believe an unauthorised charge has occurred, contact our support team before initiating any dispute with your bank or card provider.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MyExtraWage support constitutes a violation of these Terms. Accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited. We maintain full transaction records and will contest any invalid dispute with supporting evidence.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted via cryptocurrency networks. By making any deposit or withdrawal, you agree to the following terms:
- Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount may apply and is subject to change. Current minimums are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction.
- Minimum Withdrawal: Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold. Users must meet this threshold before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Irreversibility: All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a deposit or withdrawal is submitted to the blockchain network, it cannot be reversed, recalled, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Correct Wallet Address: You are solely responsible for providing accurate cryptocurrency wallet addresses for withdrawals. MyExtraWage bears no responsibility for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the user.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on network conditions, platform queue, and security verification requirements. We do not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
- No Refunds: All deposits are final. There are no refunds for deposited funds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with Platform features, account termination, or changes to Platform services.
- Fees: Network transaction fees and any applicable platform fees are the user's responsibility and will be deducted accordingly.
- Withdrawal Conditions: We reserve the right to place holds on, delay, or reject withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud, ongoing investigations, policy violations, or at our sole operational discretion.
No Refund Policy: MyExtraWage operates a strict no-refund policy on all deposits. By depositing funds, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks involved and that you forfeit all right to demand a refund of deposited amounts under any circumstances.
Risk Acknowledgement & No-Guarantee Clause
Use of the MyExtraWage Platform involves significant financial risk. Before depositing funds or activating any earning feature, you must fully understand and accept the following:
- All earning opportunities on the Platform — including tasks, games, auto-investment plans, and referral commissions — are subject to change, reduction, suspension, or elimination at any time without notice.
- No earning rate, return projection, or daily reward displayed on the Platform constitutes a contractual promise, guarantee, or warranty of any kind.
- Digital assets and cryptocurrency values are inherently volatile. The value of any funds deposited or withdrawn may fluctuate significantly due to market conditions entirely outside our control.
- Platform performance may be affected by technical issues, maintenance, regulatory changes, or circumstances of force majeure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
- You accept full and sole responsibility for all financial decisions made in connection with your use of the Platform.
BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS PLATFORM, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT: (1) You may lose all deposited funds. (2) No returns are guaranteed. (3) You are participating voluntarily and entirely at your own financial risk. (4) MyExtraWage bears zero liability for any financial loss you incur, under any circumstances, at any time.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyExtraWage, its owners, directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "the Company Parties") shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of deposited principal, anticipated returns, or any other financial loss
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions
- Losses resulting from changes to Platform features, earning rates, or terms
- Losses resulting from cryptocurrency network failures, delays, or volatility
- Any claims, demands, or damages asserted by third parties in connection with your use of the Platform
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or access to the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any dispute between you and any other user or third party.
The total aggregate liability of MyExtraWage to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit authorization
- Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial means to complete tasks, play games, or generate activity
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including referral fraud, fake account creation, or misrepresentation of identity
- Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform
- Using the Platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or circumvent applicable financial regulations
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Platform staff
- Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content about MyExtraWage on any public platform
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account access to any third party
- Attempting to manipulate Platform earnings, balances, or records in any unauthorized manner
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Termination & Suspension
MyExtraWage reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Multiple account creation or identity misrepresentation
- Inactivity for an extended period as determined by our internal policies
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements
- Any reason at our sole operational discretion
Upon termination for cause (i.e., violation of these Terms), you forfeit all rights to any account balance, pending earnings, or accumulated rewards. No refund or compensation will be issued under any circumstances following a termination for cause.
In the event of termination not caused by user violation, withdrawal of eligible balances may be permitted subject to our standard verification and processing procedures, at our sole discretion.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon, you agree to the following dispute resolution process:
- Good Faith Negotiation: You must first contact MyExtraWage in writing and attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days of notifying us.
- Binding Arbitration: If good faith negotiation fails, all disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MyExtraWage.
- No Class Actions: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You hereby irrevocably waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against MyExtraWage.
- Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws applicable to MyExtraWage's operational jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Time Limitation: Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period are permanently barred.
Modifications to Terms
MyExtraWage reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole and absolute discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, your only remedy is to immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.
We may, but are not obligated to, notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Failure to receive or read such notification does not exempt you from being bound by updated Terms.
