How do I create a MyExtraWage account?

Click "Get Started" on the homepage and fill in your name, email address, and a secure password. Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation email. After verifying your email, your account will be fully active and ready to use.
Can I have more than one account?

No. Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Sign In" on the homepage and then select "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
How do I update my email or account details?

You can update most account details from your Dashboard under Account Settings. For security-sensitive changes such as email address updates, you may be required to verify your identity via email confirmation.
Deposits
What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit is displayed within your Dashboard at the time of transaction. This amount may be updated periodically. We recommend checking your Dashboard for the most current minimum before initiating any deposit.
Which cryptocurrency networks are supported?

We currently support USDT (TRC-20) deposits. Always verify the correct network before sending funds. Sending to the wrong network address may result in permanent loss of funds, for which MyExtraWage cannot be held responsible.
How long does a deposit take to reflect in my account?

Most deposits are confirmed and credited within 5–30 minutes after receiving the required blockchain network confirmations. During periods of high network congestion, this may take longer. If your deposit has not reflected after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction hash (TXID).
Are deposits refundable?

No. All deposits are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Please review our Terms of Service carefully before depositing. Only deposit funds you are fully prepared to commit to the platform.
Withdrawals
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal threshold is $10 USDT. Your available balance must meet or exceed this amount before a withdrawal can be initiated. This threshold may be updated — always check your Dashboard for current limits.
How long do withdrawals take to process?

Standard withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once processed on our end, final receipt depends on blockchain network speed. We do not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
My withdrawal is pending for a long time. What should I do?

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 72 hours, please contact our support team via the Contact page with your account username and withdrawal request details. Our team will investigate and update you promptly.
Can I change my withdrawal wallet address?

Yes, you can update your withdrawal wallet address from your Dashboard settings. Always double-check your wallet address before submitting a withdrawal. Funds sent to an incorrect address provided by you cannot be recovered.
Auto-Investment Plans
How do Auto-Investment Plans work?

Auto-Investment Plans are optional, user-activated earning programs. When you activate a Plan, your selected amount is allocated to the plan for a set duration, generating projected daily returns based on current platform activity. Returns are credited to your account balance and become withdrawable upon plan maturity.
Are the daily returns guaranteed?

No. All return percentages shown on the Platform are projections based on current platform conditions and are not contractual guarantees. Actual returns may vary. By activating any plan, you acknowledge and accept that returns are not guaranteed and that you may not recover your full principal. Please read our Terms of Service fully before activating any plan.
Can I withdraw my funds before a plan matures?

How many referral tiers are there?

MyExtraWage operates a multi-tier referral structure. Commission rates for each tier are displayed in your Dashboard. Rates are subject to change at any time. Please refer to the Referral section in your Dashboard for current tier information.
When are referral commissions credited?

Referral commissions are credited to your account balance once the referred user completes all qualifying conditions. These earnings are then available for withdrawal once minimum withdrawal thresholds are met.

No. Task and game rewards depend on task availability, user performance, and platform-defined reward rates, all of which may change at any time. Gaming features involve elements of chance. No specific outcome or reward is guaranteed.
Can I use bots or scripts to complete tasks?

Absolutely not. Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or any artificial means to complete tasks or participate in games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account termination with forfeiture of all balances. All task and game activity must be completed manually by the registered account holder.
